Refund policy

At First Choice 360 Ltd, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’ll do everything we can to put it right quickly and fairly.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unfitted, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom-made, drilled, or special-order items can’t be returned.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the return postage cost is covered by you.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

2. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s any fault or damage, let us know within 48 hours of receiving your goods, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If something’s missing or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours, and we’ll arrange to get the correct item sent to you straight away.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or made-to-order alloy wheels and accessories

  • Items that have been fitted, used, or damaged after delivery

  • Gift cards or clearance items (unless faulty)

5. How to Start a Return

To arrange a return, email support@firstchoice360.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you’d like to return

  • The reason for return (and photos, if applicable)

We’ll reply with all the details you need to send the item back safely.

6. Refunds

Once we’ve received and checked your return, refunds are usually processed within 5–10 working days.

7. Exchanges

Want to swap for a different size or style? No problem — just contact us to check availability.

This policy doesn’t affect your legal rights under UK consumer law.
